We modernized the entire network infrastructure of a manufacturing company operating across multiple sites, replacing the previously outdated and unstable system with a unified, secure, and scalable network environment. As part of the project, we deployed a new wired and wireless network and established a secure VPN connection between the sites.
Throughout the project, we placed special emphasis on ensuring the continuous availability of manufacturing processes; therefore, we carried out the implementation in a phased manner with minimal downtime. Thanks to the new system, network stability has improved significantly, outages have decreased, and data security has also been enhanced.
A stable, high-performance network
The goal of the project was to completely overhaul an outdated, unstable network infrastructure at a manufacturing company operating across multiple sites. Frequent outages and slowdowns in the previous system were already having a direct impact on production processes, so the primary focus of the project was to increase stability and availability.
During the planning phase, we assessed the entire network topology and then designed a scalable, modern architecture. The implementation included reorganizing the wired network, optimizing Wi-Fi coverage, and establishing a secure VPN connection between the sites.
The system was rolled out in phases to avoid any significant downtime in production. The new infrastructure significantly improved the speed and reliability of internal data communication, while the number of network failures dropped dramatically.
The client received a stable, enterprise-grade network system capable of meeting its growing business needs over the long term.
