We migrated the entire email and document management system of a medium-sized commercial company to a cloud-based environment. During the project, we implemented a Microsoft 365-based infrastructure, which enabled remote work, simplified collaboration, and more efficient data management.
During the migration, we ensured the secure transfer of data, redesigned the permissions system, and provided user training. As a result of the implementation, the company’s operations became more flexible, and internal communication became faster and more transparent.
Modern cloud-based operations
During the project, we transformed a traditional IT system running on local servers into a modern cloud-based environment. The goal was to enable the company’s employees to securely access their email, files, and shared documents from anywhere.
The migration was preceded by detailed planning, during which we mapped out the existing data structure, permissions, and workflows. We then transitioned to a Microsoft 365-based infrastructure that integrated email services, file sharing, and collaboration tools.
The migration took place gradually and in a controlled manner, ensuring no disruption to day-to-day operations. We also paid special attention to data security and compliance with archiving policies.
Following the implementation, the company gained significant operational flexibility: remote work became the norm, and document management became faster and more transparent.
